107. he was in a public place, he was not in a jungle or in the woods , if the police would of caught him he would have been arrested...he is nothing but white trailor trash.....why didnt TMZ show the whole picture ......then you would of seen where he was and who was around....you wouldnt like it if you were sitting 5 feet away or your child was.

112. If he was near children or maybe if there's a school within a certain distance, he could and should be charged with a sex crime. If one pees in public, the public has the right to photo it and complain.

120. #110 havent you learn by now they dont take evidence like they would with you and me to arrest people in hollywood. they have to much money for one thing and they get off with 48 hours in jail for what should have been a felony drug charge on ms. lohan. they pay to much in taxs , they arent intercity trash like everyone else in jail.
